Holding Period IV Judiciary in 2022, the Faculty of Engineering is ready to achieve glory.

Malang, (8/12) As a sign of graduation for the Undergraduate Program (S1), the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, graduated 230 of its students in the FT UMM Period IV 2022 FT UMM Judiciary. The event that was held at the GKB III Engineering Hall, 6th floor on December 7 2022 took place solemnly. Yudisium members consist of students of Mechanical Engineering (33 people), Civil Engineering (57), Electrical Engineering (41), Industrial Engineering (42), and Informatics (57).
The implementation of the Yudisium began with the provision of motivation from the alumni of the Faculty of Engineering which was carried out by Amri Zuhal, ST. Amri is an alumnus of the Industrial Engineering Study Program with a wealth of experience and a brilliant career. On this occasion, Amri motivated prospective graduates to continue to be creative and innovative in living their post-college life because the path that graduates will follow will be difficult in the current era of disruption.
The next event was the Speech from the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering delivered by Prof. Ir. Ilyas Masudin, MLogSCM., Ph.D., IPM. Ilyas said that the knowledge gained during lectures is a precious provision to enter the world of work. "Keep working hard prospective UMM FT graduates, and achieve your dreams as high as possible. 'UMM PASTI' is a slogan, not only as a hope, but also to be realized. Today we send off to you full of optimism, that you will definitely be able to compete as the superior generation in Indonesia," said Ilyas.
The Yudisium event was also colored by a scientific oration delivered by Muhammad Zamroni, ST., M.Sc. On this occasion, Zamroni explained the prospects for Solar energy through PV and PLTS which are currently experiencing rapid development. The oration was closed with the signing of an MoU between FT UMM and PT. Xurya Daya Indonesia.


The Judiciary of the Faculty of Engineering has also produced many talented students, both in the academic and non-academic fields. In the academic field, several outstanding students have high GPAs (Gratitude Index). Among the best is Nizar Muttaqin (Informatics Study Program) with a cum laude GPA of 4.00. Nizar was also appointed to convey messages and impressions while studying at the Faculty of Engineering, as well as to provide motivation to his colleagues to strive to achieve success. In addition, there are also non-academic achievements of several students within the Faculty of Engineering such as winning medals in the Annual National Machinery Design Championship, National Unmanned Fast Boat Contest, Energy-Saving Car Contest, Indonesian Bridge Competition (KJI) and Indonesian Building Competition ( KBGI), Indonesia International Applied Science Project, Idea and Poster Contest by LLDIKTI VII Provincial Level, SEGi College Malaysia International Exhibition, ASEAN Innovation Science and Entrepreneur Fair, to championships in other sports.
