Malang (12/12), University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) held the Faculty of Engineering Judiciary Period VI with great pride in the GKB IV Hall on the 9th floor. This event was a milestone for almost 310 students who had completed their education.
The event started with a Motivational Session which was attended by prominent alumni of the Engineering Study Program, Caprycornis Yearis Sunarto, S.T. In his motivation, Mr. Caprycornis shared his successful experience after graduating from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. He encouraged the graduates to continue trying and applying the knowledge they have gained in the real world.
The next session was a Scientific Oration delivered by Mr. Dr. Ir. Dana Marsetiya Utama, ST., MT, a UMM Mechanical Engineering Lecturer. Mr. Dana provides in-depth insights on "Metaheuristics for Sustainable Supply Chain Optimization." This oration provides graduates with a broad understanding of the role of technology in creating sustainable supply chains.
In the Welcome Session, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Mr. Prof. Ir. Ilyas Masudin, ST., M.LogSCM, Ph.D, congratulated the graduates on their achievements. He also invited graduates to continue to contribute to building society and creating innovation in various fields.
The event reached its peak with a special session full of emotion, namely the award to the best Yudisium participant, Alif Syifa Arsyila with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4. Alif Syifa Arsyila gave an inspiring impression and message to his colleagues. He shared the story of his struggle and dedication while studying at the UMM Faculty of Engineering.
In an atmosphere full of warmth, the Period VI Judicial Event of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Malang succeeded in creating memorable moments for the graduates. It is hoped that their success will be a starting point for pursuing a professional career and making a positive contribution to society and the industrial world.
