Malang (1/3), The Internal Quality Control Agency (BPMI) of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) held an internal quality audit at the Faculty of Engineering UMM on Thursday, February 29, 2024. This activity was carried out in the Faculty of Engineering Meeting Room and was attended by high-ranking officials from both parties.
BPMI was represented by Prof. Dr. Tri Sulistyaningsih, M.Sc., while the Faculty of Engineering UMM was led by the Dean, Prof. Ir. Ilyas Masudin, MLogSCM., Ph.D. This internal quality audit aims to review and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in all study programs at the Faculty of Engineering UMM.
The internal review was conducted on six study programs within the Faculty of Engineering, namely:
On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Tri Sulistyaningsih, M.Sc. expressed her appreciation for the commitment of the UMM Faculty of Engineering to maintaining the quality of education. "The UMM Faculty of Engineering shows a high commitment to maintaining the quality of its education. This is proven by the good implementation of SPMI in all study programs," she said.
Dean of the Faculty of Engineering UMM, Prof. Ir. Ilyas Masudin, MLogSCM., Ph.D., welcomed the implementation of this internal quality audit. "We welcome this internal quality audit as a form of evaluation and continuous improvement for the Faculty of Engineering UMM. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of education and services to students," he said.
Present at this activity were the Heads of Study Programs and Secretaries of Study Programs from the six study programs at the Faculty of Engineering UMM. This internal quality audit is expected to produce findings and recommendations that are useful for improving the quality of education at the Faculty of Engineering UMM.
