PEMIRA is an embodiment of Student Government which is a means of learning to understand the reality of society. The arena of democracy to choose the succession of student leadership on campus is a miniature in the magnitude of democratic life in Indonesia.
The implementation of PEMIRA this time is very different from last years, students as voters are very enthusiastic to participate in PEMIRA because this time it will be implemented using an e-vote system.
SIM-PEMIRA (Voters) e-vote used is an information system used by Voters to exercise their voting rights using the Student Identification Number (NIM) that has been registered through the TPS officer at the TPS location.
SIM-PEMIRA (Voters) has several menus for making selections namely BEM-U, SEMU, BEM-FA, SEFA and HMJ. To be able to enter the voter system, it is required to enter the NIM and PIC on the computer / laptop in the booth provided.
In addition to saving paper and counting process faster, the e-vote system will be able to minimize the number of errors and will be safer from various problems compared to the paper punch method. Another advantage of the e-vote system in PEMIRA this time is that the incoming data cannot be manipulated, because a Student Identification Number (NIM) can only be used to distribute one vote.
